The Whiskey Speech

It’s the holiday season and one thing that happens to the chagrin of many, is that much of the celebration takes place with the comfort of spirits (Booze, not Jacob Marley). In 2020, the U.S. Dietary Guidelines threw out all of the data that points to even small amounts of alcohol being beneficial and  suggested that risks of cancer increase even if you have “less than one drink.” Oh my!
